The Edge at Reno has been awarded the "Best in Reno 2011 - University Housing" by the US Commerce Association. The Board of Directors is Requesting proposals from sign makers for an integrated signage for the property.

Proposal One: Lobby Awards

We will provide this JPG file. Legal size, or a little larger, weather proof plastic or other material that is tag resistant. We would want seven of these signs, one for each lobby, and two for the clubhouse.

Proposal Two: Lobby Signs

To match the Lobby Award Above, Information Signs to read something like:

These signs must match the Award Signs in Proposal One.

Proposal Three.

The Edge at Reno has two legacy eight foot wide by six foot high banners, mounted to sign posts. They are weather worn, and need to be clearly visible one to two blocks away. This is a replacement of existing banners.

Request for Proposals Format.

For each signage solution, detail the price and specifications. Material description is extremely important. The price is inclusive of shipping to Reno, Nevada. The Edge at Reno is a Nevada Corporation, and proposals from out of state is exclusive of any sales tax, but inclusive of delivery to our office. Our maintenance staff will install.

Proposals will be accepted until January 12, 2012, to be read into the minutes at the Board of Directors Meeting at 3 PM on January 13th Board of Directors Meeting.

Proposers may walk the property, located at 200 Talus, Reno, Nevada. There is no office or manager onsite. Any questions can be left at (775) 786-6133, or by email to info@edge-reno.com. However, this is not a necessity since we are clearly specifying requirements in this Request for Proposals.
